This makeover occurred in 2 stages.
In 2018, we worked to make this couple’s living-space nicer for them to live in. In 2021, our job was to prepare it to be sold to new owners.
Now, three weeks after completion, there’s an interested buyer meeting with the coop board and preparing to buy the place.
